If you call and cancel your order directly after it is placed, we can cancel the said order unless it has already been shipped out of our facility. Orders that you submit online are processed that day (weekdays) and might have already been shipped. IF the package has not been delivered to you, our carrier is FedEx and they have Delivery Intercept which allows us to stop and redirect the package.
FedEx can return, redirect, or hold your package. We ask that you kindly pay for the shipping fees. Please make note that your mistake or change of mind should logically be a cost that you occur.
BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you received the shipment and it has been less than 15 days, then you can return any unopened products but kindly read the following:
In most cases, we have to discard the product and it is a complete company loss. To prove our point do you want us to sell you products that have been returned and shipped 2 times which sat in a hot truck for twice the normal shipping time?
IT IS HIGHLY recommended that you keep the product and use it or give it to a friend or family member. If for some reason you can’t use it. It is very sad to throw perfectly good products in the trash especially products that actually help people.
Based on our discretion we might refund you and let you keep the product. It is better again that the product goes to good use instead of landing in the trash can. We hope you have a heart and understanding of how valuable the product is as many people who are in need would love to have the opportunity to avail of such a product. So, please think of giving it to a friend or family member before it ends up in a trash can.
IF YOU MUST RETURN IT
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our RETURN POLICY does not apply to our chocolate products. These item is not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Original seals MUST be intact for us to accept any and all food-based products.
To initiate a return, please email us at office@MyNutra.com. We will verify your purchase and email you a return label.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP ITEMS YOURSELF
In the event you choose not to use our return label and ship it yourself, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value because if the item is damaged or lost, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. You will have to make the claim with the shipping company you used. Again, lost return packages are NOT MyNutra’s responsibility if you chose to NOT use our return label.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After We have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: (1) an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, (2) a non-transferable merchandise credit, (3) a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, (4) a check, (5) or another solution that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
